Details on the Nissan Stadium DVD!
Details have been decided for the DVD release of "GLAY 15th Anniversary Special Live 2009 THE GREAT VACATION in NISSAN STADIUM." The 8.16 live was recorded and will appear as the 2-disc Regular Edition, while the Complete Edition will feature both days of the live on 4 DVDs. Both will go on sale simultenously.
On 8.15 and 16, GLAY held a two-day live at Yokohama's Nissan Stadium to commemorate the 15th anniversary since their debut. 150,000 fans gathered on each day, and details have been decided for the DVD that records the greatest live in GLAY's 15 years.
For their 15th anniversary live, GLAY designed their set around the theme of "HOTEL GLAY," meant to evoke the impression of a summer resort, in order to show their fans their thankfulness through a sense of hospitality. GLAY wished "To convery even a small feeling of thanksfulness to everyone" at their historical live and with a stage of the greatest scale ever: 110 meters(361ft) long, 30m (98ft) high, and costing 1.5 billion yen.
The DVD captures everything, from the opening images to the very end - the complete recording, including MC moments. Also, on the bonus track, are recordings of many of the songs from the 8.15 live, completing this 3 hours epic

The limited edition 4-disc set will release simultaneously with the regular editon, and will feature recordings of both days of the Nissan live.
The DVD looks back on this hisotrical two day live, with different set lists for each day, with the 15th live themed on "rock" and the 16th live themed on "love." The limited "complete editon" will be sold featuring recordings of both the 15th and the 16th lives. In order to capture these two days as a live that carried through the songs from their debut until now, this complete edition is crammed with the "live best" of GLAY's 15 year history.

Jiro To Participate in "SATURDAY AMUSIC ISLANDS" Anniversary Event
FM802's radio show, "SATURDAY AMUSIC ISLANDS" had its 20th anniversary last June. To commemorate this, "SATURDAY AMUSIC ISLANDS" wil be holding a special event. Jiro, who has a close connection with the show, will be participating. Photographs that Jiro himself has taken will be part the event as an exhibit.

This year again, Teru will appear as a talk guest at the "RED RIBBON LIVE 2009." At the RED RIBBON LIVES, radio DJ Shuu Yamamoto gathers all his favorite artists under one roof to talk about and and bring public awareness to HIV/AIDS prevention.
